How to request deletion

Email us at: contact@troveaps.com
Subject line: Data deletion request

Include (if you can):

• That you use ScrollGate on Android

• Approximate dates you used the app

• Your device type (e.g. Samsung Galaxy, Pixel)

We will respond within 30 days and confirm when your request is complete.

What is deleted

On your device (when you uninstall the app):

• Your blocked-app list

• Focus schedules and session settings

• All other app preferences stored locally

When you email us, we will request deletion of data processed by our service providers (Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics) that may be linked to your device, such as:

• Anonymous usage/analytics events

• Crash and diagnostic reports

• Device model and app version information

What we do not store on our servers

We do not store your list of blocked apps, your screen time history, or your app usage history on Trove ApS servers.

What may be retained

Google (Firebase, AdMob) may retain certain data for a limited period according to their own policies and legal obligations. We will pass your deletion request to Google where applicable.

Advertising identifiers may continue to be managed by you through your device: Android Settings → Google → Ads.
